Centre for Inquiry Canada’s Ottawa branch fosters a secular society based on reason, science, freedom of inquiry, and humanist values.
Ottawa has had a branch of CFI Canada since 1990, promoting a secular society through reason, science, skepticism and humanist ethics, and fostering secular communities.
We host local online Zoom events such as our Secular Community Network’s weekly Secular Chat, a Living Without Religion support group, and a non-fiction book club. As part of CFI Canada, we offer guest speakers and other activities through the national Virtual Branch and publish the monthly Critical Links newsletter
Drop into one of our events listed at Meetup or keep up with us on our Facebook page or follow us on Mastodon or twitter. Interested in getting involved? We welcome volunteers at the local or national level – find out more here.
